ACQUIRED AT:
This Token can be acquired during the Special Chaos War Event, released in December, while delivering the final kill blow to other enemy Warlords in Battle (Standard PVP, not Arena nor Faction battles).
TIMING:
Chaos War started the 15th Dec 2012
Chaos War ends the 28th Dec 2012
RATIOS:
From 1 till 10 Chaos War Tokens can be acquired by dealing to other players the final blow kill.

You cannot earn tokens killing allies nor dealing a kill in a lose (But some tokens were dropping in loses as a bug reported, this issue was fixed by Devs the third day of the Event)
Warlords under level 200 don't drop Chaos Tokens.
The highest level above your own, the more Chaos Tokens dropped.
COLDOWN:
You must wait 24 hours before expect get tokens again from each enemy Warlord you kill.
